Our Beliefs

What We Believe

At Chateau Church, we believe, “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” We believe that there is only One God who exists in three persons, The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

We also believe that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God provided as special revelation to us so that we might know more about Him and His purpose for our lives.

We further believe that through the disobedience of Adam, we have a sinful nature that separates us from God. However, through the redeeming sacrifice of Jesus Christ (God, the Son), we can be reconciled with God and spend eternity in His presence.

Based on these beliefs, we open our doors to everyone and invite them to receive salvation through Jesus Christ regardless of their past. As Jesus told a woman caught in adultery, “Go, and sin no more,” we say the same to anyone who accepts Christ as we try to fulfill the very same command. We believe that the church has a primary mission given by Jesus. This mission is to make disciples. As such, we teach, preach, and serve for the purpose of creating disciples for Christ.
